Used exclusively to process monthly payouts to riders. Shared only with secure and authorized payment processors.

Usage Data (App Logs & Analytics)
Collected to monitor app performance, detect issues, and improve user experience.

Location Data (Real-time & Background Tracking)
Used to assign rides, track trips, verify attendance, and ensure timely pickup and drop services.

 

2. Location Data Collection & Background Access

Our app collects and uses location data for:

  • Assigning nearby pickup and drop tasks
  • Tracking ride progress and completion
  • Ensuring timely service and route optimization

 

Background Location Access

The app may access location in the background for:

  • Verifying that riders complete assigned trips
  • Ensuring helpers are picked up and dropped at correct locations
  • Improving operational efficiency and reliability

Important Note:
All location data is temporary (ephemeral) and is deleted at the end of each day.

 

User Control & Opt-Out

  • Location tracking is active only during assigned tasks
  • Users can disable location access anytime via device settings
  • The app does not track location when not in use, unless a task is active

  • Location data is never sold or used for advertising
