Why we do what we do?

Founded by Jinesh Parekh and Deepali Parekh, HelloHelp was created to address a problem we faced ourselves—a lack of accessible, reliable, and compassionate support for our loved ones.

His journey into the world of caregiving began when he faced the challenges of finding reliable support for his own family. Recognizing the gap in the market for compassionate and trustworthy caregiving services, Jinesh was inspired to co-create HelloHelp. His leadership and commitment to innovation continue to drive the company forward, making caregiving easier and more accessible for families everywhere.

Deepali Parekh

Deepali Parekh is a compassionate leader and the co-founder of HelloHelp. With a strong background in social impact and community service, Deepali has always been driven by a desire to help others. Her personal experience with caregiving made her acutely aware of the difficulties families face when trying to find the right support. This experience fueled her determination to create a platform that not only addresses these challenges but also puts empathy at the core of its mission.
