  6. Location Data (Real-time & Background Tracking) – Collected to recommend nearby jobs, verify attendance, and ensure timely task completion.

2. Location Data Collection & Background Access

Our app collects and uses location data for the following purposes:

  2. Recommending nearby jobs based on real-time location.
  3. Ensuring accurate scheduling and attendance verification.

Background Location Access

The app requires background location access for:

  1. Real-time tracking to verify task fulfillment.
  2. Ensuring helpers reach the assigned task location on time.
  3. Improving service efficiency through accurate job matching.

**All your location data is ephimeral and all your location data will be deleted  at the end of every single day.**

User Control & Opt-Out

  1. Location tracking is only active when necessary for assigned tasks.
  2. Users can disable location tracking (both foreground & background) anytime via device settings.
  3. The app does not collect location data when not in use, unless an active task is assigned.

Data Security & Sharing

  1. Your location data is never sold or misused for advertising.

It is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for job fulfilment.

3. How We Secure and Protect Your Data

We take strong security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access or misuse. These include:

  3. Location data is stored temporarily and not retained indefinitely.

B. User Data Deletion

You can request data deletion at any time by:

  2. Using the “Delete Account” option in the app (once available).
  3. You can also request your account and data to be deleted from here.

After requesting deletion, your data will be permanently erased within 30 days, except for legally required records.

  2. Disable location tracking anytime through your device settings.

Once the feature is available, you will also be able to update your personal details directly through the app.

Upon termination of your account:

  2. Transaction history & financial records will be retained as per legal regulations.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the app implies acceptance of updates.
